Delivery FAQs

Delivery

SGD$5 per location for deliveries in Singapore. Delivery fee is waived for orders above SGD$200. We also offer self-collection, which is free of charge, at any of our locations across the island.

Sorry, delivery date and time cannot be chosen. 

Yes! Self-collection is free of charge and you can pick-up your order at any of our locations during operating hours.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days. It will then take about 4 working days to deliver.

All products purchased are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 2 working days. You can use this tracking number to check real-time updates on your order’s delivery status. 

Easy! You can make changes to your shipping address within the hour after making your purchase. Simply drop us an email at contact@slclinic.com.sg or message at 98507112 with your order number and new shipping address.

We’re available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays), and will get back to you as soon as possible. 

For now, all orders are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
