Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. However, effective 10 August 2023, we would like to emphasise our policy regarding last-minute changes to scheduled appointments: 

  • Our staff will send you a message at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please respond to the message by the stipulated day and time to confirm your appointment.
  • We regret that unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled without notice.
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited.
  • If you would like to reschedule your appointment, cancel your appointment or change your treatment, please contact the respective outlet you were allocated at:

If you require a change of treatment with less than 24 hours notice:

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but these changes will be subject to the availability of our doctors.
  • As our doctors have busy schedules due to high demand, their availability for last-minute changes may be limited, and we appreciate your flexibility in this matter.

What do I need to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for registration purposes and bring along a valid form of identification.

We kindly request your understanding that in order to ensure fairness and accommodate subsequent appointments, we may need to make adjustments to the duration of your appointment if you arrive late.

Why do we need to implement a cancellation policy?

Our goal is to create a harmonious environment for all of our clients. A cancellation and rescheduling policy allows us to maintain the level of service excellence that you deserve, as well as extend the same consideration to fellow clients who are also seeking our professional care.

Any exceptions to the cancellation policy?

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, can occasionally arise. Such situations will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Instances of medical emergencies include:

  • Being Covid-19 positive
  • Involvement in an accident, or
  • Encountering a medical condition necessitating hospitalisation
