Following the Multi-Ministry Task Force’s 14 May announcement on the tightened restrictions, SL Aesthetic Clinic is pleased to update that we will continue to remain open.

Exemption From Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) Measures

As part of the tightened measures, “Mask-Off” activities including personalised services which require masks to be removed (e.g. facials and saunas) are to cease.

However, these restrictions will not apply to medical and dental consultations and treatments that require patients to have their masks off.

Business As Usual

This means that any and all treatments performed by doctors at SL Aesthetic Clinic, including face treatments, and whether mask-off or mask-on, are permitted and unaffected.

Increased Safety

But rest assured that protocols are in place for your added safety.

Enhanced Safety For You

Appointments Only: customers will have to make an appointment via call-in or WhatsApp. Companions are not allowed in the clinic’s premises. No walk-ins allowed.

Safe Entry: all customers will have to check-in and check-out via TraceTogether before entering and exiting our premises.

Time Between Appointments: time will be allocated between appointments to sanitise the treatment rooms and minimise interactions between customers.

Safe Distancing: customers are required to keep a minimum safe distance of 1m. No intermingling between customers is allowed.

Stricter Hygiene For Staff

Daily Health Check: our staff will be assessing their health against a provided checklist before reporting to work. Temperatures will be measured twice daily.

Personal Protection Equipment: our staff will don necessary PPE during doctor’s consultation and procedure, adhering to MOH requirements.

Hands Sanitisation: our staff will thoroughly wash their hands for 30 seconds with soap and warm water at the start of all treatments.

Safe Distancing & Segregation: staff are restricted to their designated outlets and encouraged to minimise social interactions during and beyond working hours.

Increased Premise Sanitation

High-touch Points: all high-touch points will be sanitised with a 95%-alcohol disinfectant every 2 hours or whenever used.

Treatment Rooms: our treatment rooms, including equipment, machinery, and surfaces that our staff or yourself may have come into contact with will be sanitised after each use.

Bedding and Linen: blanket, facial gowns and bedsheets will be replaced with fresh ones after each use.

Skincare Testers: we’ve removed our skincare testers. Should you want to try our products, simply make a request with our staff, who will sanitise and dispense them for you.
